The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the famous sights of Tunis on foot. The traditional and cozy rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, with its delicious traditional food and homemade jams, was a highlight. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the Medina and was a great spot for breakfast. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the difficulty of getting around with luggage and the language barrier, we felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay in Tunis.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. The hotel facilities were spotless, especially the room and bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of this city. Moreover, the location was perfect, incredibly close to the market and in a convenient spot to access the main square and the taxi stop.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location in the old city was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast every morning, which included eggs, bread, yogurt, and coffee. the traditional decor of the room added to the cultural experience.
The bathroom in our room was not ideal, but this is to be expected in an older building. the overall temperature of the room was a bit too cold for our liking.

Dar Kenza Tunis was a lifesaver for us! After our original hotel canceled, we randomly chose this place and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. the hosts were incredibly accommodating, waiting up for us to arrive and even helping us find late-night food. the location within the medina was perfect, making it easy for us to explore. the traditional Tunisian breakfast they provided was delicious. We only had one day in Tunis, but if we had more time, we would have definitely stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic experience.
Can't think of anything!

The place is conveniently located near a taxi stop and walking distance to the market and main square. the rooms are colorful, spacious, and comfortable, offering a nice view from the rooftop terrace. the hosts are kind, welcoming, and always happy to offer tips and advice. the breakfast is homemade and delicious, prepared by the lady herself. It's a great value for a low-budget accommodation.
The internet connection can be poor at times.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close to many restaurants and tourist sites. the staff was welcoming and gave us helpful tips on how to get around and book taxis. the breakfast was really good and had typical Tunisian options, such as yoghurt and boiled eggs, that were homemade and delicious.
Our room was not perfectly clean and had visible dirt, which was a bit disappointing. the beds were uncomfortable and too short, making it difficult for tall people to get a good night's sleep.

I always come back because it's perfect - free Wi-Fi, security, restaurant, Turkish bath, flat-screen TV. The staff helped me with transport on my first stay, so I remember. See you at Christmas!
